DECISION

On disclosure of state budget plan for 2007

MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree ref. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1st, 2003 of the Government on functions, rights, duties and organization of Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision ref. 192/2004/QD-TTg dated November 16th, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing the regulation on Financial Publicity of the state budget at all levels, state budget draft units, organizations and capital investment projects and funds financed by state budget,  state owned enterprises and funds of public contributions;

Pursuant to Circular ref. 03/2005/TT-BTC dated January 6th, 2005 of Ministry of Finance providing guidelines for the Regulations on financial disclosure and report of State Budget;

Pursuant to Resolution ref. 68/2006/QH11 dated October 31th, 2006 of the National Assembly on approving plan of state budget for 2007.

Pursuant to Resolution ref. 69/2006/QH11 dated November 03rd, 2006 of the National Assembly on allocation of central budget for 2007.

Pursuant to Resolution ref. 1051/2006/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated November 07th, 2006 of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on the percentage of shared revenues between central budget and provincial budget, city’s budget under the central agency.

At a proposal of the director of the State Budget Department.

DECIDES

Article 1:  To publicly dislose data of the State budget plan for 2007 (per the attachments)

Article 2:  This decision will come into effect from signing date.

Article 3:  Head of ministers office, director of state budget department, relevant departments and Bureaus of the Ministry of Finance will carry out the implementation of this Decision./.
