DECISION

On disclosure of state budget final accounts for 2010

MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27th, 2008 of the Government on functions, rights, duties and organization of Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 192/2004/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2004 of the Prime Minister on issuing the regulation on Financial Disclosure at all budget levels, budgetary units and organizations, capital investment projects, and funds financed by state budget,  state owned enterprises and funds financed by public contributions;

Pursuant to Circular No. 03/2005/TT-BTC dated January 6, 2005 of Ministry of Finance providing guidelines for the Regulations on financial disclosure and report of State Budget;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 25/2012/QH13 dated June 21, 2012 of the National Assembly on approving final accounts of state budget for 2010;

Considering proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department,

DECIDES

Article 1:  To publicly dislose data of the state budget final accounts for 2010 (per the attachments).

Article 2:  This decision will come into effect from signing date.

Article 3:  Head of minister's office, director of state budget department, relevant departments, Bureaus and General department of the Ministry of Finance will carry out the implementation of this Decision./.
