DECISION

Public Disclosure of the Enacted State Budget for Fiscal Year 2020

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

In pursuance with the National Assembly Resolution No. 86/2019/QH14, dated November 12, 2019, on the enactment of the State budget for fiscal year 2020;

In pursuance with the National Assembly Resolution No. 87/2019/QH14, dated November 14, 2019, on the appropriation of the central government budget for fiscal year 2020;

In compliance with the Government Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP, dated July 26, 2017, promulgating the functions, mandates, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

In compliance with the Government Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP, dated December 21, 2016, promulgating specification for the implementation of certain Articles of the State Budget Law;

In compliance with the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 343/2016/TT-BTC, dated December 30, 2016, promulgating guidelines for public disclosure of the State budget by all levels of governments;

In light of the Government Report No. 39/BC-CP, dated October 17, 2018, on review of the State budget execution in fiscal year 2019 and the State budget proposal for fiscal year 2020;

In consideration of the request by the Director of the State Budget Department,  

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. The enacted State budget for fiscal year 2020 is hereby publicly disclosed (in the attachments to this Decision).

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Chief of Office, the Director General of the State Budget Department, the Director General of the Finance and Planning Department, other related Departments, General Departments and Agencies subordinated to and under the Ministry of Finance shall implement this Decision./.
