DECISION

Public Disclosure of the 2019 State Budget Final Accounts

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

In pursuance with the National Assembly's Resolution No. 22/2021/QH15, dated July 28, on the allocation of non-refundable external grants, revision of the State budget appropriation and approval of the State budget final accounts for fiscal year 2019;

In compliance with the Government's Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP, dated July 26, 2017, promulgating the functions, mandates, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

In compliance with the Government's Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP, dated December 21, 2016, promulgating detailed regulatory guidelines for the implementation of certain Articles of the State Budget Law;

In compliance with the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 343/2016/TT-BTC, dated December 30, 2016, promulgating guidelines on public disclosure of the State budget by all budgetary governments;

In view of the Government's Report No. 219/BC-CP, dated July 7, 2021, on the State budget final accounts for fiscal year 2019;

In consideration of the Request by the Director of the State Budget Department.

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. The data of the State budget final accounts for fiscal year 2019 is hereby disclosed (in the appendix tables attached to this Decision).

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Chief of Office, the Director of the State Budget Department, the Director General of the Finance and Planning Department, other related departments and general departments under and subordinated to the Ministry of Finance shall make arrangements for the implementation of this Decision./.
