From October 31, 2022, to November 14, 2022, the Center for Technical Transfer and Support (Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics) coordinated with the Department of Finance of Thai Nguyen province to deploy 11 training courses, guiding the use of state asset management software for agencies, units, and organizations in districts and cities in Thai Nguyen province.
Currently, units of Thai Nguyen province are using the state asset management software deployed by the Center for Transfer and Technical Support (Department of Informatics and Statistics for Finance). To promptly standardize the data on public property on the state asset management software, and to ensure the data source to connect and share with the National Database on Public Assets system, the Department of Finance of Thai Nguyen province cooperated with the Center for Technical Transfer and Support (Department of Informatics and Statistics for Finance) which organizes training courses, reviews the use, and answers difficulties and problems in the process of using the software.
Over the past time, to meet the requirements of the user from the units, the state asset management software has been upgraded and updated to meet the requirements of public asset management. The software fully meets the latest regulations on asset management and use according to the current law such as Asset management, tools, specific assets and forms, public reports, declare public assets as prescribed in Circular No. 45/2018/TT-BTC dated May 7, 2018, Circular No. 144/2017/TT-BTC dated December 29, 2017, of the Ministry of Finance; Forms, accounting, and management books according to Circular No. 107/2017/TT-BTC dated October 10, 2017, of the Ministry of Finance. The software provides features to support the units in performing operations such as procurement, reflecting changes in value as well as changes in asset information, recording inventory, adjusting transfer, recording increase and decrease, major repair, storing the history of assets in the units, add functions such as lock/open the asset book; “Transfer all assets” and “Transfer all tools” allow the implementing units to transfer all assets/tools to new units to continue using...
The software automatically synthesizes reports and statistics of assets across the departments, and sectors from the data of subordinate units simply, accurately, and quickly with high efficiency. From there, it helps superior units and financial agencies to easily monitor and manage the asset-level proposals of subordinate units and aggregate procurement needs for the whole sector and locality.
In the coming time, the software will continue to be supplemented with an inventory function via a mobile application (meeting for iOS and Android operating systems): Allows printing of asset cards including QR codes for inventory; Allows performing inventory by scanning QR code...
