DECISION

On public disclosure of the 2021 state budget final accounts

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 91/2023/QH15 dated June 19, 2023 of the National Assembly approving the state budget settlement for 2021;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 14/2023/ND-CP dated April 20, 2023 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP dated December 21, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on State Budget;

Pursuant to the Circular No. 343/2016/TT-BTC dated December 30, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the public announcement of state budget for all budget levels;

Pursuant to the Report No.241/BC-CP dated May 17,2023 of the Government on settlement of the state budget in 2021;

At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department.

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. Publicly announce the state budget final accounts for 2021 (according to the tables attached to this Decision).

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. Chief of the Office of the Ministry, Director of the State Budget Department, Director of Financial Planning Department and relevant departments, agencies and general departments of and under the governance of the Ministry of Finance shall organize the implementation of this Decision./.

Recipients:

- Office of the National Assembly;

- Office of the President;

- Office of the Government;

- Supreme People's Procuracy;

- Supreme People's Court;

- State Audit Office;

-Ministries,ministerial-levelagencies, agencies under the Government;

- Central body of organizations;

- People's Councils, People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government;

- Government portal;
