Deputy Minister of Finance Vo Thanh Hung met and conducted a working session with Mr. Leng Peng Long, Secretary General of the Cambodian National Assembly, at the Ministry of Finance's headquarters on December 1st in the afternoon. Leaders of many functional units within the Ministry of Finance were also present during the conference.

Deputy Minister Vo Thanh Hung greeted Mr. Leng Peng Long, Secretary General of the Cambodian National Assembly, and the high-ranking delegation from Cambodia to the Ministry of Finance in his opening remarks to the meeting.
The Deputy Minister was informed that this morning's meeting between the Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam and the high-ranking delegation of the Cambodian National Assembly proved to be quite fruitful.
He stated that the two sides' ability to maintain their long-standing, friendly relations depends in large part on the high-level exchanges between the leaders of their respective parties, states, and national assemblies.
Concurrently, Deputy Minister Vo Thanh Hung congratulated the populace and the National Assembly of Cambodia for organizing the recently held 7th National Assembly election with success and for fortifying the senior leadership group of the Cambodian State.
"Based on the two nations' positive political ties, the two nations' trade, cultural interchange, and people-to-people interactions have grown steadily. Regarding the current Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, the Ministry of Finance in particular has always enjoyed positive relations with the Ministry of Finance, thanks to customs cooperation, commercial advantages facilitation, and technical help in the securities industry." – He avaluated.
