To promote state management in the digital environment, the Center for Technology Transfer and Technical Support, Department of Financial and Informatics Statistics - Ministry of Finance has built the Centralized Procurement registration management subsystem on State Asset Management software with the following functions: Allows units to register asset procurement needs in a centralized manner and synthesize procurement needs and implementation the centralized procurement status of units in the province, fully meeting the work of synthesizing needs and reporting on the status of procurement implementation in Decision No. 50/2017/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister dated December 11, 2017 issued regulations on standards and norms for using machinery and equipment; Allows units to automatically record increases in assets to the Asset Operations subsystem from the results of implementation in the Centralized Purchasing subsystem.
To ensure registration, synthesis of needs, and implementation of centralized asset procurement are automatic, fast, and accurate in the electronic environment, the Center for Technology Transfer and Technical Support provides maintenance, support, and training services in using the centralized Asset Procurement module for units using State Asset Management software in Thai Nguyen province.
On December 18, 21, 22, and 26, 2023, the Center for Technology Transfer and Technical Cooperation coordinated with the Department of Finance and Planning of Phu Luong, Vo Nhai, Dong Hy, Dinh Hoa districts - Thai Nguyen province to organize training classes. , training for units in the area.
