On the morning of September 8, Minister Ho Duc Phoc had a meeting with the European Investment Bank (EIB) Working Group led by Mr. Kris Peeters, Vice President of EIB. There were also Mr. Julien Guerrier, the European Union's ambassador at Vietnam, representatives from the EIB Group's Southeast Asia and Pacific area, units with experience in the Asia and Pacific Public Sector, and representative leaders of many departments.

Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc met with Mr. Yamada Junichi, Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) at the Ministry of Finance headquarters, on the afternoon of 2 August. They discussed the implementation plan for three loan agreements signed with JICA in early July 2023 and new mechanisms introduced by JICA. In attendance at the meeting were Mr. Yamada Takio, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Vietnam, along with representatives from specialized units under the JICA Office in Vietnam and the Ministry of Finance.

19 March 2015, Hanoi: Deputy Minister of Finance Mr. Truong Chi Trung on behalf of the Government of Vietnam and Deputy President of Korea Eximbank (KEXIM) Mr. Yin Seong Hyeog signed 2 Loan Agreements on “Thien Tan Water Supply Project Phase II: Supplementary Loan” and “Support Program to Respond to Climate Change for Fiscal Year 2014” with the total value of 25 million US dollars. Representatives of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environments and the People’s Council of Dong Nai Province also attended the ceremony.
